ABOUT THE CONVENTION

The 2018 Popeyes® IFC is scheduled from October 16-18.

Convention events will be held at The Venetian, The Palazzo and Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Please review the Agenda for more details.

Business casual is recommended for all Convention functions, please wear Popeyes branded clothing if possible.

Golf: Appropriate golf attire is required.

  • Men: golf shirt with a collar and tailored shorts/pants
  • Women: golf shirt with a collar/or sleeves and tailored shorts

Tasting Party: Cocktail Attire

Prior to July 31, an Early Bird discounted rate is available for all attendees at $450 USD per person. From August 1 to 31, the Registration Fee will be $550 USD per person. After August 31, the Late Registration Fee will be $700 USD per person.

All paid registration and event fees are non-refundable. However, name changes are permitted, but must be authorized by the primary registrant.

In order to make your on-site registration as smooth as possible, please submit name changes to registration@popeyesConventionvegas.com by September 14.

Popeyes Workshops will be held on Thursday, October 18, from 10:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. For more information, please visit the Agenda page.


REGISTRATION, HOTEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS

Attendees will be assigned a Luxury Suite in either The Venetian or The Palazzo. Each suite includes a separate living area furnished with sofa and armchairs, an oversized Italian-marble bathroom, remote-controlled Roman curtains, a large work desk, multiple LCD HD TV’s and high-speed internet access. Please indicate your bed preference during registration (1 King bed or 2 Queen beds).

The per night cost for a Luxury Suite at The Venetian or The Palazzo is $279 USD plus taxes and resort fee per room, per night (total for 3-nights is $1030.18 USD per room, per night inclusive of resort fee and taxes), based on single/double occupancy. Additional rooms outside of the Convention dates are based on hotel availability. A three-night minimum at the hotel will be required for the Convention. Group dates at the hotel are the nights of October 16, 17 and 18, 2018. If you will be attending the tasting party, please select October 19 as your check-out date.

The Bond Brand Loyalty Team will arrange reservations on your behalf. Please do not book your own accommodations or call the hotel directly to make changes. If you have changes once you have registered, please contact the Bond Brand Loyalty Team.

NOTE: Additional nights will be charged directly to your credit card upon check-in at the hotel. Your credit card information will be collected to secure your additional room night(s).

All attendees will be responsible for their own transportation between the airport and the hotel. Rental cars, Uber/Lyft, taxis, and shuttles are easily accessible between the airport and the hotel. For more information, please visit the hotel website: Transportation Services.

You are more than welcome to bring your children, however, please note that anyone under the age of 21 cannot access Convention events.

Unfortunately, individuals who do not have a valid Convention badge will not be allowed to enter Convention events. All registrants must be 21 or older. If you wish to bring a spouse or guest to any convention event, they will need to be registered as a full conference attendee.
